1 2 pound smoked sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices, smoked


2 Bay leaves
2 (12-ounce) cans Beans, red
2 Celery, ribs
2 cloves Garlic
1 Green bell pepper
1 Onion, medium
1 tsp Thyme, dried

Canned Goods

7 cups Chicken broth

Pasta & Grains

2 cups Rice, long-grain

Baking & Spices

1 tbsp Neelys dry rub
1 Pinch Salt
1 Salt and freshly ground black pepper
