    Here you go :) I have to do it in two parts due to character restriction. Ingredients for 6 people: 3 large sprigs fresh mint mint dehydrated 1/2 red pepper fresh Espelette 1 lemon 200 g small courgettes 125 g of small balls of mozzarella olive oil sea salt freshly ground pepper

    Method: Put the mint, chilli and lemon zest in a bowl and sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and squeeze the juice of half lemon. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir, taste and adjust flavors if necessary. Make zucchini ribbons with a peeler, directly on the sauce. Drain the small mozzarella, then put on the zucchini.
