      Mac and Cheese recipe from Ina Garten via Food Network This is now my go to Mac n Cheese! I subbed shredded Colby Jack for the Gruyere and used a bit of paprika and garlic powder instead of the nutmeg. I used a bit less salt since I always use salted butter and add salt to my pasta water. And last but not least use Panko Breadcrumbs😋
