2 1/3 cups Flour

2 1/2 tsp Seasoned salt

1/2 cup Canola or vegetable oil

1 tbsp Butter
4 1/2 cups Whole milk

Ham Gravy from FoodNetwork.com. Ree's got a spectacular make-ahead menu featuring a glorious Baked Glazed Ham, Drop Biscuits and Ham Gravy, Baked Eggs in Hash Brown Cups and zesty Fruit Salad With Orange Vanilla Syrup. Plus sister-in-law Missy's bringing her famous Lemon and Blueberry Cupcakes.

Saute onions in 4 tablespoons butter over high heat. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until dark and caramelized. Reduce heat to simmer and pour in cream. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until reduced by half. Stir in blue cheese until melted. Serve steaks on generous portion of sauce.

Cowboy/Hotel Butter on Steak. I grilled my steaks with salt and pepper. 3/4 cup softened, salted butter. Half a clove of garlic finely minced. A handful of parsley finely minced. A squirch of lemon juice. A dash of red pepper and a touch of black pepper... I think that's all I put in my impromptu version. Served with wedge salad and baked potatoes with broccoli and cheddar sauce. Perhaps a roll would have been nice.
