Steak & Tabbouleh Salad - Holy cow. SO, SO GOOD!!!!! This is high in protein and iron and extremely low in fat. I can't believe how good this was. To make things easier, I cut the meat before marinating. I sauteed the onions before the meat, instead of doing it at the same time. Also, I didn't place the plain arugula on the plate....I just used what was mixed together. SOOOO GOOD. Serve with warm dinner rolls. -Molly
