4 large cloves Garlic
2 Jalapeno peppers, red and green
1/2 cup Peanuts, roasted salted
6 Radishes
4 Scallions


1 12 -ounce package Tofu, extra-firm


1 tbsp Chili sauce, hot Asian
1/4 cup Fish sauce
2 tbsp Lime juice, fresh

8 oz Flat thai rice noodles
