    I made this before Christmas and boy was it yummy! Since it is just my husband and I, I decided to freeze most of it. I filled quart size zip lock bags and froze them flat. The bags don't take a lot of space and the sauce thaws quickly. Only have one quart left, time to make another batch ❤️

Portobello Mushroom Pizza. These are so delish. I tried a different version... Breakfast: portobello mushrooms, scrambles eggs, bacon, ham or sausage, mild salsa, tex mex, Monterey Jack, mozzarella, bake at 350F middle rack, for 15-20 mins.

    Made these for dinner tonight and we really liked them . I made them yesterday refrigerated them then cooked tonight . I would make these in the small portabella as an appetizer
