Butterscotch Caramel Peach Cobbler - Made this 7/7/13. Man, it was so good! I added about a cup of raspberries right before I put the peaches on top and then we served it hot out of the oven with whipped cream - so yummy! I made it in an 8x8 pan though and I think that was a little too small. Next time I'll try a 9x9 and that should work better. I think next time I'll melt less butter in the bottom of the pan too. There was a huge puddle of butter on top when I pulled it out of the oven...
Peach Cobbler Dump Cake Recipe: 2 (16 oz) cans peaches in heavy syrup, 1 (18.25 oz) package yellow cake mix, 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, or to taste. Empty undrained peaches into bottom of 9x13 pan. Cover with dry cake mix & press down firmly. Cut butter in small pieces & place on top of cake mix. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake @ 375 for 45 minutes. gm
