ღღ Dancing for two....fantastic ballet photography to inspire the young dancer,or teenage girls and stop them being so obsessed with body image ,give them a real perspective and a fresh way to think about true beauty and the dancers physical form ,should be put in the changing room of dance schools and girls toillets all over the world
*CONTINUING FROM RANT* I have been dancing for 10 years, and I got my right splits at age 9, pulled my hamstring, and over the summer got my right split back! And just a few weeks ago I got my middle splits. It doesn't matter if you have all three splits and have only been dancing for two years. Years of experience count because you know what to expect.
Stress, worry, and anxiety simply come from projecting your thoughts into the future and imagining something bad. This is focusing on what you don't want! Keep bringing yourself back to the present.
