Motivation for the class. Each time they are given a compliment or caught for good behavior a student flips over a letter to reveal the reward. (can do this with numbers and once they reach a say 30 compliments, students choose a behavior reward/party)
One teacher said, I do this in my gradebook - I get out some markers and color in whatever colors my students ended the day on. I use this to determine their citizenship "grades" for each report card. This one is CUTER, though!
Classroom Management - Reward Coupons that DON'T COST MONEY -Music choice -Raffle entry -Swip Swap Seats -Show and Tell -Teacher's Desk -Computer activity *When each student gets 5 points they can get a coupon on "trading day"
kids love choosing their goal each day and I have noticed a huge difference in the way they are during the day. They really like reaching their goals, and it's helping teach them to manage themselves in a different way.
