Pie Fries:  Cut pie crust into strips w/ fluted pastry wheel.   Brush w/ melted butter.  Sprinkle w/ cinnamon sugar.  Bake at 375  about 15 minutes.  Eat "as is" or dip into jam, pie filling or frosting. I'm sure I can make these #vegan

Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies **We sold these at a fund raising booth and they went pretty fast, the scraps I ate were yummy! I sprinkled more powdered sugar on after they cooled because what was on there while cooking melted away.
