Bacon-wrapped Asparagus. Toss fresh asparagus in 1 cup of zesty Italian dressing, 1 tbsp of minced garlic, a dash of lemon juice, and salt & pepper until coated well. Wrap 5 pieces of asparagus tightly in 1 piece of bacon and secure it at both ends with tooth picks. Drizzle the remaining zesty Italian mixture on the wrapped asparagus for extra flavor. Grill or bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the asparagus is tender. Turn every 10 minutes. YUM!
