The Best No-Carb Cloud Bread with Only 4 Ingredients - I saw this recipe few months ago and with the name like that I knew I had to give it a try. I’m not sure why I waited this long. This Cloud Bread is so soft, airy, fluffy and practically melts in your mouth. It is very delicious home-made bread replacement that is practically carb-free, gluten-free and high in protein.
CROCK POT Asian Pork Chops Mix 1/2 cup soy sauce (I used Lite), 1/2 ketchup. 1/2 cup light brown sugar, 2 cloves minced garlic, and black pepper to taste. Put meat in the crock pot (I used 2.5 pounds boneless pork chops because thats what was already thawed). Pour the sauce mixture over the meat, cook on low for about 5 hours, and the meat is tender and moist. I have outdone myself. Delicious. -K by melody
