      Paleo Tater Tots Ingredients: 1 head cauliflower florets, 1 t onion powder, 1/2 t garlic powder, 2 eggs, 1 1/4 c almond flour, Salt & Pepper, Fat Method: 1. Boil salt water and cauliflower pieces until tender (10 minutes?) 2. Food process all ingredients till smooth 3. Melt fat in pan on med heat 4. Place mixture in ziploc bag with corner cut open about 1/2" 5. Pipe mixture into tot sized pieces in pan 6. Brown all sides on medium-low to medium throughout the entire process
