A Lifetime of medical checkups - another way of all this being prevented is cutting processed foods and medicine out of your life - forever! Eat organic and all natural foods and do holistic and natural remedies for illnesses. Still go to the DR, but, avoid medicine if possible. There are holistic DR's, too. :)

the food you eat... one of the theories (my personal belief) on a cause of Fibromyalgia. we have after all been eating chemically treated, genetically altered, etc foods for the past 60+ years I totally believe this!! I changed me diet + I can't believe how much better i feel.
