Cheesy Doritos Chicken Casserole: 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped 8 oz sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 cups salsa or 1 can Rotel 1 can of corn, drained 2 cups Mexican cheese, shredded 1 bag of nacho cheese Doritos
MONTEREY CHICKEN 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/4 c. bar-b-que sauce ( I use Bull's Eye) 1/4 c. real bacon bits 1 c. colby and jack cheese, shredded 1 14 oz. can Rotel tomatoes, drained (canned with green chilies added) sliced green onions pepper
Bacon, Mushroom, honey dijon chicken- Verdict- It's a keeper. Everyone liked it. A little time consuming. I didn't use anywhere near as much chease as the recipe called for (only about 1/2 cup in all), but I'll definitely add it to the rotaion.
