8/21/13 - My substitutions: 2 c. cooked long grain rice; 1 can cream of broccoli soup; 1 stalk celery & 1 shallot, minced and sautéed in butter; 1 pkg. broccoli florets (16 oz?); 1/3 block Velveeta, cubed; 2 c. sharp cheddar (topping); 1 c. milk. Bake @ 350 for 1 hr. YUM!!!!!
