Tried it without the mix-ins, pretty good. Doubled batch of cheese mixture, used 1 lb pasta al dente & 1/2 head par-boiled cauliflower. Just tried with some English cheddar in addition to mild & it was excellent. Next time I will try with porter. Mac n cheese
