I skipped the hot sauce and didn't like the mozzarella. Next time maybe use chedder and add some kick.

Chicken Egg Rolls: Good with Sweet & Sour Sauce. Changes: Cooked chicken and then chopped finely instead of using ground. Used regular mushrooms and cole slaw mix. I might try soy or teriyaki sauce instead of the Hoisin next time.

Pan fry these chicken taquitos for a lovely golden brown color! Rather than using bbq sauce, I'd use a creole sauce (a spicy tomato sauce with onions, green peppers, garlic and cayenne pepper)!
