Broccoli and cheese stuffed Tilapia-4oz. fresh or frozen skinless sole, flounder, or other fish fillets at about 1/4" thick. 1 cupfrozen cut broccoli thawed, 1 beaten egg, 1 8oz. container soft-style cream cheese with chives and onion, 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 3/4 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix, 2 tablespoons of milk, 2 tablespoons of dry white wine.
Ingredients 4 medium, fresh zucchini, sliced in half 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated 1-2 tablespoons fresh rosemary & thyme, minced smidge of olive oil salt & pepper to taste lightly brush both sizes of the zucchini with olive oil and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Mix cheese and herbs together in a small bowl and sprinkle over the zucchini along with salt and pepper to taste.
