Igloo Spread with Cream Cheese Penguins ~ I bought a Betty Crocker recipe book at the check stand several years ago with this on the cover. I made it twice that first year! You can use your own favorite cheese ball recipe if you want. I 'frost' a tray with softened cream cheese, put the igloo a little to one side and put a whole flock of penguins around it. The crackers go on a separate tray. Everyone digs at the back of the igloo because the don't want to 'spoil' it.
