Sun-dried Tomato Dip - hands down my favorite dip. Sometimes you just have to indulge.
Buffalo Chicken Dip in the Crock Pot... spicy cheesy yumminess on a tortilla chip! I replace the cheddar cheese with 1 pound of Velveeta--which makes the dip much creamier and you avoid that nasty cheese grease layer that floats to the top of the dip when using cheddar. I also cut the cream cheese in half...otherwise the dip becomes very thick in a short period of time.
