GOODFELLAS (1990) - Ray Liotta, Robert DeNiro, Paul Sorvino & Joe Pesci - Based on the non-fiction book, "Wiseguy" by Nicholas Pileggi - Directed by Martin Scorsese - Warner Bros. - Publicity Still.

Goodfellas. Love this movie! In all of Martin Scorsese's films he poses the question: What is a hero? Henry Hill is a father, a husband, and a loyal friend but at the same time he's a thief, a murderer, and a gangster. This duality makes Henry Hill one of the most subversave and complex characters of his time.

"Goodfellas" - I like the high angle shot, with reflection of the characters in the mirror, and the shallow depth of field focusing on the card and the cocaine.

Goodfellas cast with Martin Scorsese's mama (she played Joe Pesci's mama in the film).

Everyone loves this whole "How am I funny" scene but..I don't. I mean, it was ad libbed and that's pretty cool but I don't get why everyone loves it.

Martin Scorese's "GoodFellas" (1990) I'm usually not a big fan of gangster movies but this one blew me over! Love this one!

Goodfellas - With this film Scorsese provided a reason to make yet another Mafia film. "What am I on the pay-no-mind-list kid?!"
