For the peeps who always want my Pad Thai recipe this one is SUPER close to mine! I use chicken instead of shrimp but I bet shrimp would be loverly.

Easy pad thai, with ingredients I actually had in my kitchen. Taste just as good as takeout and you don't have to buy scary fish sauce. I also used angel hair pasta noodles before and it worked well.

Simple Pad Thai.

Man-pleasing chicken: 6 chic.thighs, 1/2C Dijon Mustard,1/4C maple syrup, 1tbsp.rice wine vinegar.S the thighs, put in baking dish, pour mixture over them, turning to coat. bake @ 400 40-45 min. basting halfway through. Sprinkle w/fresh rosemary. Let rest 5 min.before serving.

Shrimp Pad Thai Recipe Cooking Light Magazine - made this tonight and it was really good. Subbed canola oil with peanut oil (coconut oil would also be a good sub). Honey instead of brown sugar. Served with brown rice noodles for the boyfriend and served mine with zucchini noodles.
