This quote goes to show that everyone should have the right to what they need so that they can be successful. I feel this represents equity (in schools in general) because every student should have the right to an education to help them grow.

My first thought was how this applied to kids.then I thought about the parents who complain, then I thought about the politicians who make the rules.when you think about this from different perspectives, it is quite interesting.

I had to have a perimeter of empty desks around me. I could get anyone near me into trouble. I'm sure I'd be medicated if I went to school today.

This was so me in school!My Dad would always ask me as a Kid and even now as a teacher if they didn't let me talk in school. Because I'd talk so much when I got home!

There will always be a conflict in your classroom about how something is not fair and this poster would be great to have up in the classroom. When students start a confrotnation on conflict point at the poster and have each student read it aloud.
