This American Standard Heritage Faucet and Country Sink look right at home in this cozy laundry room.

Monarch Renovations Laundry in the master closet. A stackable washer and dryer in the master closet make laundry a snap. This is where the dirty clothes come off anyway, and there's easy access to hang and put away clean clothes.

Laundry in the closet!? Why hasn't this been done in every house? I would totally do laundry if it was right next to my clothes!

i have always wanted my closets in my laundry room. everything can just go in there. Laundry right in closet....Genius! I have always said... only a man would design a separate room all the way across the other side of house for laundry! if i EVER build... it will be right off master bedroom - probably not on carpet... |Pinned from PinTo for iPad|

Seriously... WHY isn't it normal to have washer/dryer in the closet? Makes so much sense!

I would love to have an organized laundry room like this some day. Love the cabinets for Laundry storage, and the area above laundry machines, much more usable!! :)

Instead of using bifold doors to block off the laundry room, turn it into usable space by adding wide cabinet doors and putting a finished countertop above. Obviously works best with front-load W/D, but could be adapted to a top-load washer with up-swinging hinges in the countertop. When not doing laundry, the refurbished space serves as a buffet or additional counter space.

Why have a #sink in the #laundryroom ? It's always great to have an extra sink for the articles of clothing that need to be soaked or handwashed, and the dirty jobs that require a slop-sink or projects you don't want to do in the kitchen or bathroom sink (gardening, washing paintbrushes, etc.).
