This pup is so refined and elegant; wouldn't be surprised if she laps up English tea from her doggie bowl. Lol

My daughter has a rescued Greyhound -the sweetest and best dog she has ever owned. We all love her and she is even gentle with the kittens. ♥

I love greyhound and I actively support greyhound rescue but I dont agree with this. Forced to run? Really? They love running! Greyhound racing isnt cruel! They love to race. And when they retire they become spoiled house pets who still enjoy running.

I agree, Brittany. I support rescues, and I'm sure there are bad examples as there are with everything, but these dogs are bred to run. It fulfills a need. Just like a border collie has a natural herding instinct and it's put to good use, so has the greyhound a running instinct. No different from Thoroughbred racing (those horses thrive on the thrill of the race and they know when they win).
