Bolo de Maçã com Canela Deliciosamente pesado e úmido. Bater 6 ovos com 450g de açúcar (eu usei 250 branco + 200 amarelo). Juntar 200g de margarina derretida, 300g de farinha e 1 colher de sopa de fermento. Colocar numa forma untada e enfarinhada, alternando camadas de massa com camadas de maçã polvilhadas com canela. São cerca de 45 minutos a 180º. No fim, desenforma-se e polvilha-se com açúcar em pó com canela.
