    Zuppa Toscana Soup...Sorry Dori...this was REALLY good! I used turkey sausage, but I recently saw chicken/pork Italian sausage that I may try next time. It does taste like the Olive Garden soup!

Going to try this but modified. I don't have Herbs De Provence so I'm not sure what I will rub it with. I don't have red peppers so I'll layer the bottom with onion and carrots and stuff the bird with apples, carrots and onion. We'll see how it tastes.

It's a little something called Zuppa Toscana. You've heard of it, I'm sure. Probably scarfed down a bowl or two at Olive Garden with some breadsticks. But have you tried Reeni's version? Because it completely blows Olive Garden's outta the water! I'm all for recipes that turn out better homemade than from the restaurant.

Crock Pot Angel Chicken – Combine Italian dressing mix, cream cheese, butter, soup & broth. Pour over chicken. It turned out great. It was very flavorful & a breeze to make. Dump everything into the crockpot & boil some water for the pasta when you get home from work & voila! Dinner in 10 minutes!
