Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole- This was pretty tasty! I didn't use onions, rather mixed in onion powder and used french fried onions in lieu of the cornflakes. I pretty much halved the butter and used light sour cream in an attempt to lighten this up. Also, I used cubed hashbrowns and it still turned out pretty good!
You may make this potato dish from Paula Deen for breakfast, but you'll be eating the leftovers all afternoon and into the night.
