Skillet Peach Cobbler - really it's more like a cake with a mix of fresh peaches and dollops of peach preserves. Top with a spoonful of whipped cream/crème fraîche or add ice cream for an over-the-top (but easy) dessert. Super delish! Skillet Peach Cobbler Recipe at

Skillet Peach Cobbler! note: made in skillet, gluten free, was great. used goat yogurt instead of sour cream, and apricots and blueberries instead of peaches. Reduced sugar from 1 1/2 cups to just 1, and it was the perfect amount of sweetness. Would definietly make again.
