Breakfast Yummy Eggs 3 whole eggs 3 egg whites 2 table spoons of weight watchers whipped cream cheese 1/2 slice of Canadian Bacon (on 1/2 slice for each muffin whole) Salt and pepper to taste Bell pepper sprinkled in the top Put 1/2 slice of bacon in bottom of tin. Mix eggs with cream cheese and pour into tin - fill 2/3 of the way. Drop bell peppers into mixture. Cook at 375 for 20 min top with cheese and cook rest of the way. Put on a plate and top with Salsa.
