A great way to start the day off on the right foot (and the right mental attitude). Each pose is 3 to 4 breaths (in through the nose, out through the mouth). Plank (#7) is 1 minute.

How to prevent back pain via this workout. A lot (if not all) of these poses are part if yoga. My back has never felt so good since I started yoga almost everyday :)

I just did this for the first time and man am I going to be sore in the morning. It says it's a leg workout, but it definitely works your arms and core as well. I can't do burpees because of my ankle and knee injuries so I did a one minute wall sit. Here's to hoping that in six months I have my sexy legs back.

Home workout [Note to self: add 1 min plank to rotation and instead of burpees do mountain climbers and/or spiderman crawls). Ive done this workout a few times on days where life gets hectic and its hard to schedule in the gym. No excuses. Even if the day is hectic at least do this exercise at home

What to eat before and after your workout. I would recommend coconut or almond milk in place of the low-fat milk for the smoothie. Also, add in a handful of spinach or other green to make the smoothie even more powerful!
