Pies made in a cupcake pan. Marie's comments of 11-10-12: To make six mini pies, I used a muffin top pan, one Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust and a 21 ounce can of Wilderness country cherry pie filling. Used egg wash on the bottom and sides of crust, filled each with approximately 1/4 cup of pie filling, and baked for 25 minutes. Very nice pies!
Sausage & Pepperoni Pizza Puffsadapted from Everyday Food 3/4 cup flour 3/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 3/4 cup whole milk 1 egg, lightly beaten 4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded (about 1 cup) 2 oz mini turkey pepperoni, (about 1/2 cup) 4 oz low-fat sausage, cooked and crumbled 1/2 cup pizza sauce
Cinnasticks - sooooo good! Used Pillsbury seamless dough sheet spread on greased cookie sheet and baked only 10 min. Instead of butter in the glaze I used the TB melted ,to brush the crust rather than oil. Used only 1/4 cup sugar/cinnamon mixture, and 1/3 the amount of glaze. Cut into 12 strips > 125 calories a stick. DELICIOUS warm!!
Pizza Quesadillas | Udis has great tortillas that actually taste like real flour tortillas so I'm going to use those, and some dairy free mozzarella to make this both gluten and dairy free!
Quick dinner fixins' bubble up pizza... Use pillsbury dough, jarred spaghetti sauce and your favorite toppings.
Fun way to display cupcakes or keep the candy below and replace the cupcake with small toys for Easter or birthday parties. Would also work with milk in the bottom and cookies on top, if you get a silicone cupcake holder instead of paper.
