These might look difficult to make, but the recipe is very simple. You bake regular sugar cookies. Then you take a new rubber stamp (or one that has been thoroughly cleaned). Your "ink" will be gel food coloring. You roll out fondant icing and stamp it, and then you cut the fondant into circles with a circle cutter. Then, after allowing the "ink" to dry, you glue the fondant circles on the cookies using regular frosting. Yummy and cute! Good for any holiday :)
Marital Bliss Ingredients 2 parts gin (we used Hendrick’s) 1/2 part St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur 1/2 part fresh lime juice 4 parts soda water to top off Lime slice or wedge for garnish Mint sprig for garnish Directions Combine gin, liqueur, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake. Pour over ice in glass. Add soda water, and stir. Garnish with lime and mint.
