The Worlds Best Chicken Recipe1. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2. 1/2 cup Dijon mustard 3. 1/4 cup maple syrup 4. 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar 5. Salt & pepper 6. Rosemary Preheat to 425 degrees.--mix together mustard, syrup, and vinegar.--chicken breasts into 9×13 greased baking dish. Season with salt & lots of pepper. Avocado Chicken Salad: 2 or 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 avocado, 1/4 chopped onion, juice of 1/2 a lime, 2 Tbsp cilantro, salt and pepper to taste. Cook chicken breast until done, let cool, and then shred. Mix with all other ingredients. Enjoy!
Marinate thick sliced tomatoes with balsamic vinegar for 1 hour. Bake at 350 for about 7 min. Saute spinach and garlic with a dash of salt and lemon juice. Put spinach on top of tomatoes and sprinkle with low fat cheese of your choice. Broil till cheese is golden!
