Blue & White Zig Zag with Red binding. I would never have thought to use a red binding on a blue quilt! It really makes it pop!

You could probably do this with a jelly roll (in color and in white) - sew two long strips together, cut them to make square blocks, and piece the square blocks together alternating horizontal and vertical orientations to get the zigzag effect.
