    Eastern State Penitentiary - Al Capone's Cell - Legendary gangster Al Capone's "Park Avenue" cell at Eastern State Penitentiary in Philadelphia, where he did an eight-month stretch for carrying a concealed weapon. This happened shortly after the famous St. Valentine's Day Massacre in Chicago, and Capone claimed the ghost of victim Jimmy Clark haunted him in this cell.

    The Mineola Hotel in Fox Lake, Illinois, was a well-known hideout of gangster Al Capone during the Prohibition Era. It was reputed that he and his cronies would stay at the hotel and spend hours drinking and gambling in the Mineola lounge. It is now abandoned & condemned. It's 135 years old & has one of the world's largest wooden porches.
