*GLUTEN FREE* BLT Lettuce Wraps - Crispy bacon, shredded lettuce and ripe diced tomatoes mixed with light mayo (I'll probably use light ranch) wrapped in a crispy green iceberg lettuce cup. A low carb/gluten free BLT!
Do this with curry chicken salad too: Summer wraps: cup chopped chicken, 3 Tbsp Fuji apples chopped, 2 Tbsp red grapes chopped, 2 tsp honey, 2 Tbsp almond butter. Mix and wrap in a Romaine lettuce leaf.
