Charleston Cheese Dip

1 pound ground beef  taco seasoning 36 wonton wrappers  1 (16 ounce) can refried beans 36 tortilla chips  2 cups shredded cheese  toppings: sour cream, diced tomatoes, cilantro, onion  375 degrees.  Spray 18 muffin cups Place one wonton wrapper in the bottom of each cup. 1 Tbsp of refried beans. Crush one tortilla chip on top of the beans.1 Tbsp of taco meat and 1 Tbsp of shredded cheese. Repeat .Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden. Let cool. Top with toppings

Mix ingredients, hollow out the loaf creating a boat, pour mixture in loaf, wrap in foil, bake at 350 for 1 hour
