Prepare pancake batter by your favorite recipe, then pour all the batter into a large ziploc bag and freeze! Once you are ready to use it, take it out of the freezer to thaw, snip off a corner of the bag, and you have quick & mess free pancake mix.

Camping Pancakes! Prepare pancake mix as stated on the box.  Then pour all the batter into a large ziploc bag and freeze!  Once you are ready to use it, take it out of the freezer to thaw, snip off a corner of the bag, and you have quick & mess free pancake mix!  It's a great way to use up a few cups of milk before it expires! What a great idea!!!

Great idea - "You want pancakes when you camp... But it's messy, you have to take milk and eggs... What if you pre-made it before you left and stored them in bags. Freeze it, pack it, and just cut the tip off when you are ready to cook. Easy clean up!" Pinned here because I can double the recipe for pancakes and end up with 2 more Saturday's worth of pancakes ready to cook from making one batch of dough! Pre-cooking saves me so much time.
