Our family's favorite meatballs are loaded with fresh herbs and cheese. They are bursting with flavor. You can make pasta sauce, but there is truly no need. They are the best daggum meatballs ever! No sauce required. Simple recipe, magnificent meatballs! @SlowRoasted
HEAT oven to 350 degrees F. Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Stir in vegetables and sauce; cook 5 min. or until vegetables are tender. Drain pasta. Add to meat mixture along with VELVEETA; mix well.
Italian Ricotta Stuffed Meatballs. The recipe doesn't have measurements so I had to approximate on each ingredient. For 1.25 lbs ground beef or turkey... Ricotta mixture: 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 T. parsley, 1 T. basil, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper. Meat: 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1 egg, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 T. italian seasoning, salt and pepper to flavor.
