Creamed Corn-In a 3-qt. slow cooker coated w/cooking spray, combine 26oz frozen corn, 8oz cubed cream cheese, ¼ c cubed butter, 1Tbl sugar, ½ tsp salt. Cover, cook on low for 3-3 1/2 hrs til cheese is melted and corn is tender. Stir just before serving.

Bacon Glazed Carrots (cook 1 lb baby carrots until almost tender. Saute 3 slices bacon; remove and crumble then sauté a small onion in 2Tbsp bacon fat, then add 3Tbsp brown sugar, 1/4tsp pepper and cooked carrots. Cook for 5 min and serve with crumbled bacon.)
