gnocchi-in-parmesan-garlic-sauce I made this tonight for dinner... As simple as it is, its VERY delicious (and super easy... from start to finish: 15 mins)! I used Kraft parmesan instead of fresh parm, and it ended up being so creamy and cheesy without actually adding any cream. I prepared it pretty much exactly to the recipe but I think this would be easy to modify for your own tastes! - SZ
Sweet Potato Gnocchi. Cook a sweet potato, remove the skin, mash, slowly add nut flour until you get the right "pasta" consistency. (Maybe 3/4 - 1 c of flour per yam.) Then boil. They're done when they float to the surface. Eat them with a Parmesan sauce.
