Clean Eating Super Berry Smoothie (Makes 2 servings) Ingredients: 1 cup frozen blueberries, no sugar added 1 cup frozen strawberries, no sugar added 1 tablespoon chia seeds (flax will work too if you grind it up first) 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, no sugar added (unflavored works too) Directions: 1.Blend and serve.
