I just did this for the first time and man am I going to be sore in the morning. It says it's a leg workout, but it definitely works your arms and core as well. I can't do burpees because of my ankle and knee injuries so I did a one minute wall sit. Here's to hoping that in six months I have my sexy legs back.

    ok so like the first time i did the 'fran' i put my bar down in the middle of the 15's and started sobbing. my time was 25:39. i did it about 2 weeks ago and didn't cry and my time was 7:57.

RUN .5 MILES 15 PUSH UPS 30 SQUATS 40 SIT UPS REPEAT 6 TIMES I'm gonna look like a fool doing this in the mercy gym but it sounds like a good workout!
