Pioneer Woman Muffins. WHIT'S THOUGHTS: SO good! Especially warm out of the oven. Healthy, too! THINGS I CHANGED: I quadrupled the recipe to use up some ingredients. I used 2 cups greek yogurt and 2 cups regular milk instead of 4 c buttermilk. I also used 1/2 c molasses and 1/2 c buckwheat honey. I added one more banana for a total of 5. And I omitted the walnuts. They turned out great!
