    Oreo Cookies Bark: 10oz. Ghirardelli white chocolate chips & 15 regular size Oreos, plus 3 more for topping. Melt chocolate. Pour into bowl & cool 5 mins. Add chopped Oreos & stir. Pour into parchment lined pan & smooth out on top with spatula. Chill 10 mins. Lift whole bark out of pan by parchment & break into pieces.

Made this for a friend's engagement party..... so delicious! Make sure to have three inch high pans though instead of two (otherwise it will overflow) or make four layers instead of three. Also, allow time for the frosting to soften before frosting. (i always forget that!)
