“Filling a Bucket” We all carry an invisible bucket. This bucket contains our feelings. When our bucket is full, we feel great; when it’s empty, we feel empty. A bucketfiller is someone who says or does nice things for other people. By doing this, they are filling other people’s buckets and filling their own bucket at the same time. On the other hand, a bucketdipper says or does things to cause other people to feel bad. "Bucket Fillers for Life"

good idea for kids at home- If your kid obeys or does something nice to a sibling, or picks up his toys without being asked, etc, he/she gets something in the bucket (whatever you choose to fill it), if they do something wrong, hitting, saying mean thing, disobeying, etc, something gets taken out of the bucket. Once the bucket is full they get a reward- 20 min of TV time, stuff like that:)
