2 Jalapenos
1/2 Lime, Juice of
1 Pineapple, ripe

Baking & Spices

1 tbsp Granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
2 tbsp Peppercorns, black
1 Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 Vanilla bean

Oils & Vinegars

2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 cup Olive oil, extra-virgin


1 cup Orange juice, fresh
